From plate to finished part
When stock sheet is not enough, AMGC cuts, machines and welds Polystone to drawing: hoppers, covers, wear pads, tank internals and machine guards.
Fabrication uses extrusion welding and machining suited to PP, PE and PVDF. Tolerances and edge finish are agreed on the RFQ so the part drops onto the skid without a second visit to the workshop.
What to send
A dimensioned drawing or sketch, polymer and quantity is enough to start. We confirm weld method and packing for KSA delivery.
